The Literacy Curriculum Transparency website is a requirement under the READ Act due to the passage of Senate Bill 21-151.  This website provides Colorado stakeholders with a transparent view of some of the elements of local READ Act implementation, including literacy instructional programming, READ Act budget expenditures, and the number of students with significant reading deficiencies.
